Refunds
Pro costs ten dollars once. If it turns out not to be useful, you should not be stuck with it. This page says exactly how that works.

Thirty days, no reason needed
Email hello@honest-penny.com within 30 days of buying Pro and we refund it. You do not have to explain why, fill in a form, or get talked out of it by three follow-up emails.
Tell us the email address you used to buy, or the order number from your receipt, so we can find the payment.
How long it takes
We start the refund as soon as we read your email, usually the same day.
Payments run through Lemon Squeezy, who are the merchant of record, so the refund goes back through them to the card you used. Their side of it typically takes five to ten business days to appear on your statement, which is the bank's timing rather than ours.
What happens to your account
When a refund goes through, the Pro features switch off automatically. That is not a manual step somebody has to remember, it happens the moment the payment processor tells us the order was refunded.
Your account itself stays, and so does everything you have saved. You are back on the free plan, which keeps all four calculators, the full cost breakdown, retail and wholesale pricing and the market check.
Nothing you saved while on Pro is deleted or hidden. If you had a dozen products saved, all twelve are still there, still listed, and you can still open and edit them. The free plan limit applies to saving a new product, not to the ones you already have.
After thirty days
Ask anyway. There is no subscription here and no renewal date creeping up on anybody, so a late refund request is usually a sign that something genuinely went wrong rather than someone gaming us.
If you were charged twice, charged after asking for a refund, or cannot get into the account you paid for, that gets fixed whenever you tell us, with no time limit at all.
Why the policy is this simple
This is a ten dollar tool for people who are usually not paying themselves enough. Making somebody argue for their ten dollars back would cost more in goodwill than the money is worth, and a refund policy full of conditions is usually a sign the product is not confident.
The calculators are free forever, so you can work out whether the arithmetic suits you before paying anything at all.
